6. Remove the parts should be as far as possible by the original structure set together, such as shaft, gear, screws, gaskets, pins and so on.
7. For complete sets of processing or not interchangeable parts, before the demolition of a good mark, and string together, so as not to confuse, such as gear sets, valves and valve seat, tubing joints, and the valve parts should be stuffed in the original valve body.
8. For parts that can still be used without repair, they should not be dismantled and scattered, such as splines and gears, shafts and bearings.
9. For ease of inspection of parts, remove the necessary parts should be cleaned, and then coated with oil to prevent corrosion.
Second, equipment installation
1. Equipment assembly from the inside out, from top to bottom, to not affect the principle of the next road.
2. Operation to be serious and important complex parts to be repeated inspection, so as to avoid wrong, missing.
3. Do not allow dirt to enter the parts.
4. During the installation process, should be strictly according to technical requirements one by one inspection.
5. Assemble the machine must be adjusted and commissioned.
