Pulsating vacuum sterilizer is mainly used for steam sterilization of cavity articles and appliances. Its working principle is to make use of the physical characteristics of a large number of latent heat released by saturated steam during condensation, so that the items to be sterilized are in a state of high temperature and humidity, and after a period of heat preservation, the purpose of sterilization can be achieved. It uses the strong penetration of high temperature saturated steam.
Because the seal door of the pulsating vacuum sterilizer is equipped with electrical and mechanical pressure safety interlock device, the seal door cannot be opened when there is pressure in the sterilization room, so as to ensure the personal safety of the equipment and the operator.
Scientific operation of equipment plays a key role in production and operation. During the use of the pulsating vacuum sterilizer, it should be noted that the articles to be sterilized should not be placed too tightly; the cold air must be fully removed, otherwise it is easy to affect the sterilization effect; after sterilization, it is not allowed to deflate and reduce pressure, otherwise it is easy to overflow the liquid in the bottle or even cause the container to burst. The cover can only be opened when the pressure in the sterilizer is reduced to the same as the atmospheric pressure; when sterilizing the liquid, the liquid shall be filled in a heat-resistant glass bottle with a volume of no more than 3 / 4, and the mouth of the bottle shall be cotton yarn stopper; the articles of different types and different sterilization requirements shall not be put together for sterilization to avoid losses.
In addition, the user responded that in the process of using the pulsating vacuum sterilizer, the touch screen display was abnormal, the vacuum pump continued to work without dropping the negative pressure, and the sealing door of the sterilizer could not be opened. How to deal with these problems?
Touch screen display abnormal
At present, in the pulsating vacuum sterilizer equipped with touch screen, the equipment larger than 3.5m3 is prone to PLC failure and the touch screen black and white abnormal phenomenon.
According to the analysis of the industry, the causes of this phenomenon can be divided into PLC and touch screen itself, such as component aging, DC24V power failure, etc. In addition, when the door is opened after sterilization, the steam in the sterilizer will burst out in an instant and form water vapor in contact with the air in the room, which has a great impact on the circuit part of the sterilizer, especially the touch screen and PLC, and is prone to short circuit due to moisture.
In view of this situation, the solution is to replace the components if it is due to the components themselves, or to increase the power of the moisture discharge motor above the cabinet door of the sterilizer, remote control and other methods.
Vacuum pump continues to work with negative pressure not falling
Many users said that when the pulsating vacuum sterilizer was running, the negative pressure of the vacuum pump kept working. The reasons for this phenomenon may be that the kinetic energy of the vacuum pump decreases, the vacuum pump reverses; the total water pressure is too low; the water flow speed is too small or the diameter of the water pipe is too thin.
According to the industry, the way to deal with this situation can be to replace parts for objective reasons, such as vacuum pump, water pressure gauge and tap water pipe; it is recommended that the tap water pipe of sterilizer should be a separate pipe, and a water flow meter should be installed beside the water pressure gauge to observe the water pressure and flow rate at any time, so as to avoid damage to parts caused by dry pumping of vacuum pump due to too small negative pressure.
The sealed door of sterilizer cannot be opened
It is understood that the main reason for this phenomenon is 5idna. Including positive pressure or negative pressure in the inner chamber; the door sealing strip is not pulled back; the program is running; the starting capacitance of the door motor is damaged; the transmission system in the door is damaged, etc.
In the face of the situation that the sealed door of the sterilizer cannot be opened, the solution is to open the door after the indoor pressure returns to 0; check whether the vacuum pump is evacuated, whether the sealing pipeline of the door is blocked, whether the pump is reversed, and whether there is water; exit the sterilization procedure; replace the starting capacitance of the door motor, check the door motor; check the transmission system in the door.
