The carbon dioxide incubator is formed by simulating the growth environment of cells/tissues in the body of the incubator. The incubator requires a stable temperature (37°C), a stable CO2 level (5%), and a constant pH (pH) Value: 7.2-7.4), a relatively high relative humidity (95%), a device for in vitro culture of cells/tissues.
Because such instruments are often in contact with water and gas, impurities in the gas may enter the gas pipeline, causing the machine to not work properly.

Carbon dioxide incubator Note:
1. Be sure to add enough deionized water or distilled water for the first use, and close the sealing cover to reduce the evaporation of water in the water jacket.
2. In units with unstable power supply, it is best to equip them with high-performance voltage-stabilizing appliances to reduce the failure caused by voltage instability.
3. Install a low-pressure 0~0.25Mpa carbon dioxide pressure reducing valve on the carbon dioxide cylinder to make the output air pressure more stable, which can avoid the high carbon dioxide pressure in the input box during use. The carbon dioxide control valve is in working condition for a long time and is damaged.
4. In the case of not cultivating with electricity, the temperature should be set to 00C, and the carbon dioxide concentration bottom should be set to "0", so that their control valves can be in an inoperative state, thereby avoiding the control valves in a long-term working state And damaged.
5. The temperature of the door should be set about 7C higher than the temperature in the box to reduce the fluctuation of the temperature in the box when accessing items.
