Shake use process:
1. Load the test bottle and keep it balanced. If it is a dual function model, set the Shakemode.
2. Turn on the power and set the timer according to the scale on the surface of the machine. If you need to work for a long time, turn the timer to the “normally on” position.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the constant temperature temperature:
a. Place the control switch in the “set” section. The temperature displayed on the display is the set temperature. Adjust the knob to set the desired temperature for your work. (The operating temperature you set should be higher than the ambient temperature, at this time the machine starts heating, yellow indicator light, otherwise the machine does not work)
b. Place the small switch of the control part at the “measurement” end. At this time, the temperature displayed on the display screen is the actual temperature of the air in the test box. As the temperature in the box changes, the displayed number will change accordingly.
c. When heated to your desired temperature, the heating will automatically stop, the green indicator light will be on; when the heat in the test box is dissipated and is lower than your set temperature, a new round of heating will start again.
4. open Shake device:
a.Turn on the Shake switch on the control panel, and the indicator lights.
b.Adjust the oscillation speed knob to the desired Shake frequency.
5.the work is completed cut off the power, set the speed knob and temperature control knob to the lowest point.
6. Clean the machine and keep it clean.
