Spectrophotometry is at a particular wavelength or the absorbance of light within a certain wavelength range, the material is qualitative or quantitative analysis. Commonly used wavelength range is: (1) 200 ~ 380 nm uv light zone, (2) 380 ~ 780 nm visible light zone, (3) 2.5 ~ 25 microns (according to the wave meter < - > 1 ~ 400 cm to 4000 cm to < - > 1) infrared area. Instrument used for ultraviolet spectrophotometer, visible spectrophotometer (or colorimeter), infrared spectrophotometer and atomic absorption spectrophotometer. In order to ensure the accuracy and precision of measuring, all instruments shall be in accordance with the national metrological verification regulations or the provisions of this annex, correction verification on a regular basis.
