The shaking incubator is suitable for environmental protection, medical teaching, health and epidemic prevention, drug inspection, zoology and botany, marine science food engineering and other scientific research and production departments. It is a special constant temperature equipment with oscillator for BOD determination of water body analysis, culture and preservation of bacteria, virus, mould and microorganism, plant cultivation and breeding test.
Instructions for use of shaking incubator:
1. Service conditions:
A. ambient temperature: 10-30 ℃;
B. there is no strong light, corrosive gas, good ventilation and relative humidity below 85%;
C. power supply: 200V ± 10%, 50Hz. Power socket with capacity not less than 1kW and ground wire;
2. Usage:
A. connect the power supply of the oscillation incubator: insert the three core plug into the power socket, and set the power switch on the panel to the "on" position. At this time, the digital display appears on the instrument, indicating that the equipment is in working state.
B. set the experimental temperature of the oscillation incubator according to the temperature setting method (the temperature control instruction is attached separately), and start to work after the temperature is constant.
C. intelligent and special requirements shall be provided with separate instruction manual.
D. when the shaking table is needed for the oscillating incubator, turn on the power switch of the shaking table and adjust the rotation speed knob to the required rotation speed.
Precautions for shaking incubator:
A) after the shaking incubator lands, if the ground is uneven, it shall be leveled.
B) the shaking incubator shall be moved in parallel, and the inclination angle in any direction shall be less than 45 degrees.
C) during the normal operation of the oscillation incubator, the contents in the incubator shall be placed without affecting the air circulation, so as to ensure the uniform temperature in the incubator.
D) the inner tank of the box wall and the surface of the equipment shall be wiped frequently to keep them clean.
E) if the shaking incubator is not used for a long time, the power line shall be removed to prevent the equipment from being electrified and injuring people. In addition, it shall be operated for 2-3 days according to the service conditions on a regular basis (generally a quarter), so as to remove the moisture of electrical components and avoid damaging relevant devices.
F) if the shaking incubator product fails, it shall be repaired and solved by professional personnel.
